Delivery

The delivery time takes into account the preparation of your order as well as the time of delivery by the carrier. This period may be extended if external events occur for which we cannot be held responsible.

Once the order has been confirmed, your parcel will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 to 3 days for products in stock, and within 3 to 4 weeks for products on order, unless we are out of stock which could cause an additional delay.

Delivery time :

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France.

Here are the standard delivery times with tracking :

- For France and abroad: 2 to 3 working days for products in stock.
- For France and abroad: 3 to 4 working weeks for products on order.
- For France and abroad: 4 to 5 weeks for custom products or personalised designs.

Your order will be delivered via the following delivery services :

- France : with GLS
- Worldwide : with GLS or DPD

Customs fees and taxes :

We cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and charges that may be applied by certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to find out about any restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges specific to the country of destination before placing an order.

Tracking :

You can track the progress of your order via your customer account, if you created one when you ordered.
