● How long does it take to create a custom design ?
10-15 business days for your design to be completed and validated by you.
● Customs fees and taxes
We do not pay any customs, duties or other associated costs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. As each country's customs information varies, including associated fees that may be incurred on your end. It is therefore encouraged and advised to check online or with your local post office before purchasing.

● Can the product be displayed outdoors ?
Our products are coated with a matte black epoxy powder coat and can be hung outdoors, but we do not guarantee that the product is rustproof.
● What is epoxy powder coating?
Powder coating is a process originally invented to protect metal parts from chemical and abrasive actions, but has since expanded to aesthetic applications across the industrial spectrum. Epoxy powder coated decorations can be safely used at home.
● What happens if my order arrives damaged ?
Don't worry, we can send a new product or provide you with a partial refund depending on the damage of the product. Please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and tell you the procedure to follow.
● Which products cannot be returned ?
All custom products (such as custom products or custom designs) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns that exceed the 14-day after the delivery. And we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
● Coupon code
If you have a coupon code, it can be combined with current discounts on the site, but will not be combined with other current coupon codes.
● How to install your model?
To install your model on the wall, there is nothing easier, please follow the instructions of this installation manual.
