Custom designs :
We offer customized wall decorations. You have a specific model in mind ? We can create a personalized model, made-to-measure and in accordance with your requests. All you have to do is provide us the details and our team of designers will take care of the rest !

Returns :

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your products. Except in the case where the return is the result of an error on our part, the return charges will be at our expense. This right of return can only be accepted for complete products, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase. All products returned incomplete, defective, spoiled or damaged will not be accepted.

The return of the order remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received in our warehouse. We therefore invite you to use a tracking shipping service or to subscribe to a shipping insurance. We decline any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the package during the return.

To initiate the return process, please send your request to contact@shape.paris. If your return is accepted, we will send you the details with the address where to return your package. All products returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and potential problems :

Please control your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please also inform us if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and advise you of the procedure to follow.

Exceptions and non-returnable items :

All custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns that exceed the 14-days. And we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges :

In case of exchange, we invite you to place your order on our site and to send back the original product so that we can proceed to its refund.

Refunds :

We will inform you of the successful receipt of the package in our warehouse following your return. After inspection of the returned products, we will let you know if the refund can be approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded via the payment method used at the time of order or by bank transfer to the account of the customer who placed the order.

We promise to refund you within 30 days or less, upon receipt of the products in its warehouse. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and issue the refund as well.
